Michael Sullberg Cabernet Sauvignon

Wines at this price point rarely share the same conversation. Harvested in the early autumn we crushed, fermented and aged this wine in sixty gallon French, and American oak barrels. In our process we retain as much fruit as possible; with minimal racking. We feel that the style of our Cabernet is nicely layered with plenty of moderate tannins, medium body, and forward fruit.
